We understand that plans can change, and at Brick Castle, we strive to accommodate our guests with a flexible and transparent policy. Please read the following terms regarding cancellations and refunds for reservations made directly with us.
General Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund of the booking amount.

Late Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of your scheduled check-in, a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay will be charged. The remaining balance will be refunded.

No Show: Guests who do not arrive without prior notice will be charged for the entire booking amount. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Early Departure: If you check out before your scheduled departure date, any unused nights will be considered cancelled inside the 48-hour window and will be subject to the late cancellation policy.
Group Bookings & Long Stay Policies

Reservations for 5 rooms or more, or bookings exceeding 7 nights, are classified as group or long-stay bookings.

Group bookings require at least 14 days’ notice for cancellation to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days may incur up to a 50% charge of the total booking amount.

Non-Refundable Rates & Special Offers

Some promotional rates, advance purchase offers, and special discounts may be marked as Non-Refundable. These cannot be cancelled or amended, and no refunds are issued if cancelled or in the event of a no-show.
Refund Procedure

All approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used at booking.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. Actual posting time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

For bookings made via third-party websites or travel agents, cancellation and refund policies may differ; please consult your confirmation or contact the agency directly.
Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated restrictions ("Force Majeure"), Brick Castle reserves the right to modify, waive, or provide alternative options to the usual cancellation and refund policy. Please contact us if you are impacted by such events.

Please include your reservation number, guest name, and check-in date.

You will receive a cancellation confirmation and an update on your refund status within 24 hours.
