The following Terms and Conditions apply to all guests and visitors of Brick Castle. By making a booking, accessing our property, or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Reservations & Payments
- All bookings must be accompanied by valid contact information and may require pre-payment or credit card authorization.
- Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the rate or promotion selected.
- Brick Castle reserves the right to cancel reservations without prior notice if payment requirements are not met.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
- Standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM. Standard check-out time is by 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Valid photo identification (e.g., Aadhaar, passport, driver’s license) is required at check-in for all guests.
3. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must respect all property rules, staff instructions, and other guests’ rights to comfort and privacy.
- Any damage to the room or property caused by the guest or their visitors will be charged accordingly.
- Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms; designated smoking areas are provided.
- No illegal, unsafe, or disruptive behavior is permitted on the premises.
4. Children & Extra Beds
- Children of all ages are welcome. Please notify us in advance if you require extra beds or cots; these may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.
5. Pets
- Well-behaved pets are allowed by prior arrangement only, and additional cleaning fees may be required.
- Guests are responsible for their pets at all times and must clean up after them.
6. Visitors
- Visitors are allowed until 9:00 PM and must register at reception. Overnight stays by visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
7. Liability
- Brick Castle is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Please use in-room safes for valuables.
- Guests are liable for their own and their visitors’ actions while on the property.

- Brick Castle reserves the right to deny entry or remove guests without refund for breach of these terms, illegal conduct, or actions that risk the safety or comfort of others.

- These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
