Hotel Policy

Welcome to Brick Castle. To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to follow the policies outlined below. These rules help us maintain the highest standards of hospitality.

1. Check-In & Check-Out
  • Standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM; check-out is by 11:00 AM.
  • Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Valid government-issued photo identification must be presented by all guests upon arrival.
2. Room Occupancy & Visitors
  • Room occupancy limits must be respected according to the booking details.
  • Visitors are allowed only until 9:00 PM and must register at reception.
  • Overnight stays by visitors are not permitted without prior approval from management.
3. Smoking Policy
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all guest rooms and indoor areas.
  • Designated smoking areas are available on the property and must be used.
  • Violation of the smoking policy may result in additional cleaning fees.
4. Pets
  • Pets are welcome only by prior arrangement and approval.
  • Guests are responsible for their pets’ behavior and waste cleanup.
  • Additional fees or deposits may apply for pets.
5. Noise & Conduct
  • Please respect other guests by maintaining quiet levels, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Any disruptive or illegal behavior will not be tolerated and may result in eviction without refund.
6. Children & Additional Bedding
  • Children of all ages are welcome at Brick Castle.
  • Extra beds or cots may be provided upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
7. Safety & Security
  • Please ensure doors and windows are properly secured when leaving your room.
  • Use the in-room safe for your valuables; Brick Castle is not liable for loss or theft of personal items.
8. Food & Beverage
  • Outside food and drinks are allowed only in designated areas.
  • Alcohol consumption is permitted only for guests of legal drinking age.
9. Property Damage
  • Guests are liable for any damage, loss, or theft caused to the hotel property, whether by themselves, their visitors, or pets.
  • Charges for repairs or replacements will be billed accordingly.
10. Housekeeping
  • Daily housekeeping is provided between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
  • Please notify the front desk if you do not require housekeeping services.
11. Waste Disposal & Environmental Responsibility
  • Please use designated bins for waste disposal and help us conserve resources.
  • We encourage you to reuse towels and linens to support our environmental initiatives.
12. Liability Disclaimer
  • Brick Castle is not responsible for injuries sustained on the premises unless caused by gross negligence.
  • Guests are expected to observe all posted safety signs and instructions.
